Allison's Valentine's Day Flowers
Each Valentine’s Day for the past 42 years, I have given my wife Allison a special floral arrangement.
It started when I gave her a dozen yellow roses for our first Valentine’s Day as a married couple. As a joke, the next year I gave her a dozen yellow noses, Halloween noses painted yellow. Over the years, it has grown to include yellow hoses, cans of Carnation condensed milk, corn on the cob, Jello boxes, pasta, cookies, and the examples shown here.
